History
This woman was admitted to hospital at the age of 57, following collapse while pushing a stalled car; she had a right hemiplegia and was aphasic. She died some six hours after admission. At autopsy, the heart weighed 630 g., and the kidneys showed, on microscopy, hypertensive arteriolar changes.
